The Japanese Red Cross Society has 90 hospitals in Japan, and has the roster of the delegates for emergency medical relief abroad. Delegates are registered after 3-day-security training course, and 6-day-emergency response unit training course. The number of delegates is about 400, and the HQs manages the database properly.
When the JRCS decides to dispatch the ERU, the JRCS chooses members from the roster or ask other national societies according to the types of professions.
